KAD design was appointed by Salans to design their new office in Brussels. Extensive meetings were held with the client to establish their space requirements after which numerous space planning options were produced.
KAD design produced all stages of the design including Working Documentation and site monitoring; during the course of the project, KAD’s design was extended to include Project Management services.

Norton Rose relocated to new premises in July 2010. The new offices are comprised of a predominantly cellular office layout flanking the glazed perimeter with ancillary rooms located closer to the building core. The impressive client suite area, with reception, meeting and conference areas, offer a rare, stunning view of the adjacent church which is a focal point.
KAD design was employed by project contractors Buro to develop / refine the initial space planning layout into a layout compliant with Russian norms. KAD design was also appointed to produce the Working Documentation for the entire project.

The imaginative and technically challenging Concept Design necessitated in-depth detailing and setting out of complex timber wall panelling. The finished space is a fine example of intelligent material selection, with each material and colour complementing or contrasting tastefully with its surroundings. Each element has its own space, planned and positioned to create an overall astatically pleasing interior.

Project Managers and contractors ISG Olson commissioned KAD design to provide Architectural concept design and Tender documentation. The new ‘Class A’ office development accommodates marketing, operations and technical support divisions critical to Western Unions’ business development in Moscow and Central Europe. The layout places executives and general workstation areas along the building perimeter, thus benefiting from full height glazing on all sides. Contemporary earthen tones aim to create a warm, calm office atmosphere within the office.
KAD design liaised closely with both the client and contractor to develop a design; capable of enhancing interaction between employees. Large conference rooms, small & medium sized meeting rooms and informal collaborative areas ensure a suitable environment for any meeting, brainstorming session or quiet discussion.
KAD design produced a bilingual construction documentation package, reflecting the contractor’s preferred construction methods and cost plan. All drawings were issued with unrivalled clarity, the design intent and performance required by the design team and client. Western Union moved to their new premises in Metropolis Business Centre in June 2009.

In early 2008, contractor Gint-M completed the fit-out of McKinsey & Company’s new offices located in ‘White Square’. Occupying 4 levels of the 5 storey building, the office encompasses some 6,800 sq meters, completed to Grade ‘A’ standard. The office layout is fundamentally straightforward with private office and work areas separated from inner circulation areas with contemporary glazed screens. A central core of WC’s, staff facilities and ancillary rooms compliment these office spaces on each floor.
Employed by Gint-M, KAD design developed pre-approved concept drawings to tender construction standard. In keeping with the fast track programme, KAD design produced over 100 drawings in a 6 week project timetable, issuing key partition set-out drawings and associated details at the earliest possible stage. This enabled the contractor and design team press ahead with construction and design work unabated.

Morgan Stanley continued the expansion of their Russian operations with the occupation of 3no. levels of new office space at Gasheka St, Moscow. The new offices contain extensive open plan and private office space, meeting rooms, operations rooms, staff and ancillary facilities completed to Grade ‘A’ standard.
KAD design was nominated to develop approved concept design drawings to tender-construction standard within a 4.5 week timetable. KAD design produced over 40 A1 drawings within this period, while also contributing to Mechanical and Electrical design and co-ordination.

Goldman Sachs new offices in Ducat III building, Gasheka Street were completed in 2008. The office comprises of 12 private meeting rooms, open plan office space, 6 meeting rooms, staff and ancillary facilities. The office was completed to Grade A standard. The office fit-out was carried out by Gint- M. KAD design was commissioned by Gint-M to produce a high quality construction drawing package based on approved concept design documentation. KAD design liaised continuously with the Mechanical & Electrical consultants throughout the project. During the 6 week programme, KAD design issued drawings on an ongoing basis to meet the design teams and contractor’s specific requirements.

In 2007, City Mortgage Bank commenced fit-out of their new offices in Moscow City, Northern Tower, Block 19-3, Floors 1, 15, 16, comprising 2,300 sq meters in area. The proposal included Retail and private office areas, archive storage, meeting rooms, printing rooms and ancillary rooms to Grade ‘A’ office standard.
Employed by project contractor, Gint-M, KAD design developed existing tender drawings to working documentation package of the highest quality KAD design compiled over 50 A1 drawings in the 4 week design programme, issuing key drawings such as partition setting-out and associated details at the earliest possible stage to facilitate construction programme demands. Joinery detailing, encompassing kitchenettes, reception desks, vanity units and fitted furniture. M & E coordination was an integral element of KAD’s remit.
Ongoing consultation with the design team contributed to an organised, functional office layout, impressive in appearance. KAD design developed existing tender drawings to a working documentation package of the highest standard. Joinery detailing encompassing kitchenettes, reception desks, vanity units and fitted furniture were also provided.

Employed by project contractor, Mercury Engineering, KAD design developed existing tender drawings to working documentation package of the highest quality KAD design compiled over 117 A1 drawings over the 9.5 week design programme, issuing key drawings such as partition setting-out and associated details at the earliest possible stage to facilitate construction programme demands.
Joinery detailing, encompassing kitchenettes, reception desks, vanity units and fitted furniture, completed up to 1:5 & 1:2 scale on over 45 A1 drawings typifies the superior level of service provided by KAD design on this project. M & E coordination was an integral element of KAD’s remit. Ongoing consultation with the design team contributed to an organised, functional office layout, impressive in appearance.
